PURPOSE:

The role drives the department’s success through strategic initiatives and strong client’s care. Having the ability to acquire and retain both clients, partners, and investors. Lead the IP team to achieve satisfactory results, initiate the attractive marketing strategic and proposal. Leads all enquiries into a successful deal with creative way of negotiation skills. Collaborates with other departments to maintain the database and create a collaborative working environment by learning and sharing.

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Undertake financial modeling and analysis on Excel and other proprietary systems upon the request of clients or the senior management.
  • Lead the team on generating regional investment business in sales and/or purchase of properties for the department by a variety of methods.
  • Service the needs of existing investors and cultivate secure repeat business and referrals as required by the Company.
  • Take charge of running the marketing and business development functions of the Department as required to do so by Management:
    • Retain corporate clients
    • Assist in cultivating client relationships
    • Coordinate the flow of information between agents, clients, and colleagues
    • Prepare and update marketing tools and implementing such as:
      • PowerPoint and media presentations
      • Property specifications and floor plans
      • Marketing proposals and information memorandums
      • Project brochures and flyers
      • Newspaper advertisements and press releases
  • Lead the marketing activities and branding exercises of the Department, which includes organizing marketing programs such as advertising and promotional activities, and assisting with the production of marketing materials.
  • Initiate and lead strategy to drive department success and delegate to team members.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
  • Lead the team in generating new enquiries, develop and maintain the client base;
  • Attend networking events to represent the brand and the company;
  • Attend formal training to ensure your own knowledge, skills and capabilities are maintained and enhanced.
  • Set an example for the junior team members by ensuring fully compliance, ethical operation, and adherence to CBRE Group and local rules.
  • Continually upgrade skills to keep up with developments in these areas.
  • Ensure the reporting are up to date.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economic, financial, or other such relevant courses.
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong business development skills – the ability to write proposal, and pitch;
  • Ability to lead complex negotiations and understand investor intentions & strategy;
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing and sales strategies for a range of assets;
  • Excellent telephone manners and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to always deal efficiently and politely with clients;
  • Advanced English communication skills;
  • Ability to pay attention to details.
  • Knowledgeable regarding the fund management and REIT on industrial real estate
  • Knowledgeable in Financial modeling
  • Good knowledge in economics, investment, construction, and real estate.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales real estate, or investment;
  • At least 2 years of experiences in managerial role.
